SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

We strive to provide the best service and customer experience, but if you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so online through your account page.

YOU MAY CANCEL AT ANY TIME, BUT IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF YOUR NEXT SUBSCRIPTION DATE, YOU WILL STILL RECEIVE, AND BE CHARGED FOR, THE NEXT SHIPMENT. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHARGES (INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES) INCURRED PRIOR TO THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.

Please note: Subscriptions cannot be cancelled via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, SMS (text messaging) or other forms of social media.

RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with a Product or ingredient for any reason, please contact us at support@noatmeals.com within seven (7) calendar days of the date you received the Product and we will either replace the Product at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item. We may arrange a return or require photographic documentation of any Product with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a replacement, credit or refund. A restocking fee of 20% may apply.  Orders placed with a third-party voucher may not be returned or exchanged as we were not the merchant of record for the transaction.

To make a return, please email support@noatmeals.comfor an RMA number.

Send returns with your RMA number written on the outside of your box.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks once you send the products back to us.  In many cases you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States and Canada only. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping speed you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
