What are Noatmeals?
Noatmeals is an ultra low carb meal that's high in protein. It's also free of gluten, soy and dairy. And we add zero sugar which makes it ideal for those on a restricted diet.
What are the ingredients?
It is a blend of shelled hemp hearts, chia seeds, flax seed meal and coconut flakes.
How do you make it?
Combine Noatmeals with about 8oz of milk or milk of choice into a shaker bottle or mason jar. Shake it up. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Give it another shake in the morning and enjoy! It's that easy.
