Ingredients: Chia, flaxseed meal, hemp protein, dried coconut flakes, mct oil powder, freeze-dried apple, cinnamon, monk fruit extract.
Stovetop Noats (recommended): Add Noatmeals with choice of milk to a small pot. Bring to a boil, lower heat and stir occasionally until thicken.
Overnight Noats: In a jar, combine Noatmeals and up to 6oz of milk. Cover, shake or stir to blend. Refrigerate overnight.
