Noatmeals reinvents the comforting oatmeals we love with added nutrition. We've started by enriching the heart-warming, creamy, and nostalgic bowl of instant oatmeal.

Noatmeals offers all of the benefits of oatmeal a quick, easy, satiating breakfast — but with more nutritious ingredients and no sugars.
It is ideal for people on a low-carb diet or wanting to reduce their sugar and carbs intake without having eggs for breakfast.
Unlike oatmeal, Noatmeals are made with 6 superfoods instead of oats. Super tasty and protein packed, Noatmeals can be prepared like keto-friendly overnight oats, smoothies or toppings on yogurt.

"My husband and I recently started the keto diet and making each meal takes forever. We are obsessed with this as a quick lunch or breakfast, even when I don’t need something quick, I’ll choose it because it’s so good! I add a harmless sugar free honey on top when I'm wanting it a little sweeter. Also, it’s got the perfect macros. Obsessed!!!"
"I rarely write reviews but this is worth the time. This is a game changer for me. Due to diet & health reasons it’s been recommended for me not to eat oatmeal like I use to. I’ve missed it for the last 4 years....until THIS. I’ve started out with some skepticism but gave the variety pack a try. These are great tasting with or without added fruit. I’m now ordering my second variety pack and can look forward to something different for breakfast that doesn’t raise my blood sugar. I only wish I could order a mix that eliminates the blueberry, or pick a different time frame for a plan that is more than 4 weeks. Thank you for making such a great product."
"I am so used to a ketogenic lifestyle that the flavor was great to me! If a person is used to fake, sugary sweetened, packaged oatmeal, this might be an acquired food. Here's how I find it the most filling: Pour it into a bowl with the cup of water (or whatever liquid you use) overnight. In the morning, cook it on the stove top. This method is the best of both worlds because soaking it overnight allows for everything to fully swell, making it seem like you're eating more, and cooking it on the stove top allows for the consistency you desire!"

Chia seeds are edible seeds from a flowering plant and they are considered the super star of superfoods. They can absorb up to 12 times their weight when soaked in liquids.
With a very few calories, chia seeds are bringing a lot of nutrients to your body. They are also known as powerful antioxidants and studies shows chia may lower blood sugar.
Flax seeds (or linseeds) are coming from a flowering plant. As one of the oldest crops on earth, they are good sources of many nutrients including omega 3 and fiber.
Those seeds are proven to help improve digestive health and may lower blood pressure.
Coconut flakes are coming from the white flesh inside a coconut. They give an additional creamy texture and taste.
Rich in fiber and high fat, they help the body to produce energy and aid digestive health. Coconut flesh may also lower blood sugar and help you loose weight with an appropriate and healthy diet.
Hemp hearts are technically nuts found inside the hemp seeds. They are very nutritious, rich in protein and healthy fats such as omega 6 and omega 3.
Those nutty flavored seeds are the plant-based source of protein of our superfood base and promote cardiovascular health.
Extracted from real coconuts, MCT oil (or Medium-Chain Triglycerides) are composed of smaller molecules which make them quicker to absorb and easier to digest.
This healthy fat powder is a faster source of energy and produce more ketones than any other form of fats. MCT oil will also help you stay satisfied and full.
The monk fruit (also known as Buddah fruit) is grown for its fruit extract: mogrosides. They create a sweetness sensation 250 times more powerful than sugar while mogrosides don't contrain fructose or glucose.
