How do I make it?

STOVETOP NOATS (recommended): Combine 1 pouch of Superfood Noats with about 6-8 oz water or milk of choice in small sauce pot. Bring to a simmer until thickened to your liking. Stir occasionally. Serve and garnish with your favorite toppings.

OVERNIGHT NOATS: In a jar, combine Noatmeals and up to 6oz of milk. Cover, shake or stir to blend. Refrigerate overnight.

What kind of milk is best used?

We like it with all kinds of milk. We've tried it with dairy, almond, oat, hemp, coconut etc. They all impact the flavor and consistency in their own way, and all are delicious.

How long will it last in my fridge?

Once you add milk, we recommend eating Noatmeals within 1-2 days.

Noatmeals is made in the U.S.A. and all ingredients are sourced locally.
