How do I make it?

OVERNIGHT NOATS: Combine 1 pouch of Superfood Noats with 8 oz milk or milk substitute in a blender bottle or mason jar. Cover with lid and shake to blend and refrigerate overnight. In the morning your Superfood Noats will be ready! Just give it another shake then enjoy.

STOVETOP NOATS: Combine 1 pouch of Superfood Noats with 1 cup of water or milk of choice in small sauce pot. Bring to a simmer until thickened to your liking. Stir occasionally. Serve and garnish with your favorite toppings.

What kind of milk is best used?

We like it with all kinds of milk. We've tried it with dairy, almond, oat, hemp, coconut etc. They all impact the flavor and consistency in their own way, and all are delicious.

How long will it last in my fridge?

Once you add milk, we recommend eating Noatmeals within 1-2 days.
