Very Blueberry Noatmeals

Blueberry season is upon us and what better way to add these little blue gems to our life is in a bowl of Blueberry Noatmeals.  Blueberries are low in calories but high in nutrients.  They are also the Queen of Antioxidants which protects your body from free radicals.  Not only that, blueberries are known to help heart health, bone strength, blood pressure and cholesterol.  So grab your Noatmeals and top them with a handful of fresh blueberries this season!


1 Packet of Blueberry + Cinnamon Noatmeals
1 cup milk of choice (or water)
1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
1 TBS shredded coconut 
Drizzle of honey (optional)


Open a Noatmeals pack and pour in a small pot. Add milk or milk substitute (almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk, etc.). Bring to a soft boil and lower the heat. Stir occasionally until the noats reach you desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl. Let it cool for a few minutes and garnish with blueberries and coconut.  Enjoy!
