Peach + Berries Smoothie

 

Fresh peaches and berries are in season which makes for the tastiest smoothies.  Add texture and nutrition with our new Peaches + Cream Noatmeals and you have a complete meal.  Noatmeals gives any smoothie added protein, fiber and heart healthy benefits with hemp seeds, chia seeds and flax seeds.

 

Ingredients:
1 cup  milk of choice (add more or less depending on how you like it.)
1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup ripened peach with seed removed
1 packet of Peaches + Cream Noatmeals

Directions:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Adjust the liquids until your desired consistency.  Pour into a cup and enjoy!
