Noatmeals Super Green Smoothie

 

Who said smoothies can't be low carb?  This Super Green Smoothie is naturally low in carbs, high in proteins and fiber.  Get a head start on your day with this morning smoothie!

Super Green Smoothie
Ingredients for 2 servings

1 pack of Noatmeals (naked)
1 ripe avocado pitted
1 cup collard greens
3 stalks of celery chopped
1 cup ice crushed
2 cups spinach chopped
1 cucumber diced

Add the Noatmeals, avocado, celery and collard greens and ice in a blender, and blend for one minute. Add the chopped spinach and cucumber, and blend for another 30 seconds or until it is consistent. Pour the super green smoothie into glasses and serve.
