Noatmeals Smoothie Bowl
Noatmeals is a versatile packet of goodness. We blended our Blueberry + Spice Noatmeals with frozen blueberries and banana to give it a cold smoothie consistency. This smoothie bowls is perfect for the warm days ahead.
Noatmeals Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie Bowl:
1 Packet Blueberry + Spice Noatmeals (Wild Strawberry and Naked Noats work well too!)
2 bananas frozen
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup milk
2 medjool dates
1 tbs bee pollen
1/4 cup yogurt
Garnish:
1/4 cup fresh blueberries, banana slices, coconut flakes and crushed nuts to serve
Directions:
In a blender, blend all smoothie bowl ingredients for about 1 min or to desired consistence. Pour into bowl and garnish with remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
