Easy Blueberry Overnight Noatmeals
This Greek yogurt and Noatmeals recipe pack a one-two punch when it comes to gut-boosting benefits: The yogurt is packed with probiotics to help balance your microbiome, and the Noatmeals deliver a full 21 grams (!) of protein. - 1 packet Blueberry + Spice Noatmeals
- 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 fresh blueberries
- Combine all the ingredients in a jar or bowl.
- Mix and place in the refrigerator over night.
- In the morning, give it another mix and enjoy!
