Noatmeals Cheesy Coconut Cookies
It's hard to find Keto foods you can snack on, but we have a tasty cookie you can munch on that's low-carb and won't kick you out of ketosis.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Packet Naked Noatmeals
- 1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In a food processor, mix eggs, butter, and salt until smooth. Add Noatmeals, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic and onion powders, and Gruyere cheese and stir to combine. Mold 12 balls out of the mixture and arrange them on the baking sheet at 2-inch intervals. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown. Let the cookies cool and serve.

Hi, I took your recipe and changed it a bit for a sweet cookie instead of savory. I omitted the cheese, garlic and onion powder. I added 1/4 cup stevia brown sugar and 1/4 cup monkfruit sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut. I dropped about a large tablespoon batter on cookie sheet (made 15) and baked for 15 minutes. Very tasty.
